- First PM hire on the Data Platform team. Worked on all aspects: Data Model, Architecture, APIs, SFTP, AS2, File Uploads, ETL, Validation, Processing, Presentation, Lifecycle, Documentation, Support
- Built Self-service On-boarding product for customers and their suppliers — cut down on-boarding times from weeks to days, and dramatically reduced white-glove service costs. Work includes problem discovery, rapid iterations using Design Sprints, extensive customer validation, launch and rollout, support and bug fixes, and iterative improvements.
- Built In-App Account Settings and User Settings framework to standardize customer deployments and eliminate the need for ad-hoc work by support or engineering. Work includes identifying reusable design patterns, socializing with all product and engineering leads, validating extensibility for all current and expected needs, and producing a development guide to add a setting.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering, UX, account management, and professional services, spread across Buenos Aires, Mountain View, Munich, and remotely across US.
